Tuesday Tunes : Tigapagi

As a young person with Sundanese blood in me, the guitar playing similar to kecapi pentatonic rhythm is quite wonderful to hear. Adding violin trio just make it so much better.

TIGAPAGI  by @adit_insomnia

Tigapagi (Sigit Pramudita, Eko Oktavianto, dan Prima Febrianto) a trio from Bandung who explores Sundanese, Bandung and Indonesian 1960s history as inspiration for their music. The combo of Heufken and Tangan Hampa Kaki Telanjang ( barehands, bare foot) is currently my favorite ( I’ve set Youtube to play exactly on the mentioned music). But the entire album is also great to hear.
